All maintenance issues should be reported via email or by filling in the information below, unless it’s an emergency please give us a call, general repairs require a process by providing the landlord with a price first and then receive confirmation to proceed. Tenants are asked to be patient but anything classed as emergency such as boilers, electrical, plumbing or gas will be dealt with immediately.
All our works are carried out by qualified technicians if we are informed any damaged is caused by the tenant this will be discussed and addressed accordingly.
