“Having personally been a disappointed buyer and renter in the past with negative dealings with Estate Agents it was vital to work out ways not to provide the same service to my clients. Working at Estate Agents myself and realising a lot of clients were not always satisfied due to the lack of customer service provided was a pivotal reason to provide the right customer services.
I had spoken to many let down clients and carefully listened to the reasons they felt they were let down from their local estate agent. After taking into consideration all the downfalls I have tried to show my clients not all Estate Agents are bad.
There has always been a lot of negativity surrounding Estate Agents and I’ve sometimes found it difficult to understand why a simple service can’t give clients joy and happiness.
I decided to launch at a time when there was uncertainty within the market and a surreal situation the world was going through. But hey life is about taking risks and I had my mind set on it, no going back now!
My main motivation was when I had decided to leave a place I had spent most of my life in I received encouraging calls pushing me to continue what I know best and that was being an Estate Agent. Being told that I was great at my job and gave so much people a great professional service just made my mind up to go full steam ahead.
I had worked with some incredibly people learning and perfecting their teachings and turning them into my own ways. It was now time to challenge myself get out my comfort zone and show how myself I could succeed in my new venture.
This time I also wanted to explore many locations I was familiar with and work in areas I felt I could grasp such as East London and Essex, being online gave me this benefit to get around easily instead of being in an office at just one location.
I really do hope I can give 100% to all my clients and give them a great efficient and exquisite service which I had been doing during my working years.
